Most rude gaslighting receptionists ive ever spoken with. Would never schedule an in office visit so thats a lie. I never make in person appointments for myself or my kids. You kept telling me I was yelling when I was speaking in my normal voice. Do not gaslight your patients. You are the reason im calling 911. I was already on edge. You pushed me over. I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service provided at this clinic. Both the provider and the office manager displayed unprofessional and disrespectful conduct. A mental health facility should be a safe, compassionate environment, but my experience here was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for care
If you're in need of an excellent therapist definitely ask for Meredith! She is beyond amazing. I recently loss my Son she makes it easy to talk to her and makes you feel better about yourself and your reality. She is non judgmental and makes you feel comfortable.
Lineda Cereste completely changed my life for the better, can’t say enough good things about her or the Maitland clinic!
