I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service provided at this clinic. Both the provider and the office manager displayed unprofessional and disrespectful conduct. A mental health facility should be a safe, compassionate environment, but my experience here was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for care
If you're in need of an excellent therapist definitely ask for Meredith! She is beyond amazing. I recently loss my Son she makes it easy to talk to her and makes you feel better about yourself and your reality. She is non judgmental and makes you feel comfortable.

I was referred by a family member and have been grateful & feel very blessed ever since! The process to get started was easy and every person I've encountered in the Maitland office has been absolutely stellar in this journey. My support team includes: Jaana (NP) who is patient, kind and truly listens & addresses my concerns.
