Before I make an appointment I always read the reviews. So glad I did for this business. They sound horrible at best. I’m moving along now.
Dr. Knickrehm is the best! I’ve been seeing her for 5 years. I can message her anytime, and she will respond within a couple of hours. I recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a physiatrist.
My doctor is awesome but admin at this place is awful. They charged me $200 when my insurance covered the appointment. It’s been 3 months since they confirmed they owed me a refund and I still haven’t gotten my money back from them. I call billing multiply times a week and just get the run around. Crooks!
Be careful with this place, office manager is a joke, if you have a complaint he doesn't take it seriously and talk with sarcasm. I have HIPPA concerns and medical malpractice. Nurse practitioner Deborahlin Huxtable doesn't have any ethic in how to treat a patient, yelling and asking patients what type of medication the patient want her to send to the pharmacy, and so much more.... I need to talk to corporate ASAP. This place is unsafe
