I had fantastic results with TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) treatment for my depression and PTSD. The sessions did not hurt at all (I incorrectly thought they would), and were extremely quick (18 minutes 45 seconds). Chasity, the TMS therapist, was absolutely brilliant. Wow just wow. Would not recommend this to anyone who is looking for quality care. Not timely, does not respond, when you get them on the phone have no answers and they don’t really seem interested in you dropping medications as it seems like they are only interested on keeping you on them. If I could give this a 0 would just awful service and care across the board.
These folks do not have it together. Mistakes with billing to rude DR. They give more anxiety then they relieve. Stay away folks. Just gonna make it worse. And ignore the response it is AI generated.
Do not come here if you care about your mental health!!! Nightmare of a company! They harass you for your co-pay, when you try to pay it they don’t answer. They break HIPPA and should be shut down. Michelle, manager of ELITE DNA BILLING, contacted me and gave me her personal number so we could handle co pay and past balance. I’ve called her 12 times, left countless emails and voicemails.
