I’ve been a patient at this office for a while and never had any issues until my recent provider change. My new provider, Tina Alexander has been extremely unprofessional & rude — has a very poor attitude, and doesn’t seem to care about getting my medication to me on time. . I never had these problems with my previous provider, Jacqueline, who was caring, understanding, and always made sure my needs were met. I just want this situation resolved and to be treated with the same respect and urgency as before.

I have been with Elite DNA for quite a while. I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone I've encountered, with the exception of one professional. I've seen a handful of providers here for various reasons and without the guidance from each of them I wouldn't be where I am in my journey today. I am especially thankful for Hailey and Dr. Suarez.. they help keep me on the right path even when it feels impossible! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a provider that listens.

Ellie in compliance will laugh at you even after being told the law! The therapist Amanda B should have her license revoked. She spoke down to me and didn't address any concerns which were brought up. My child's records are full of false statements. This agency has no accountability, how many people's mental health will they damage further? Edit for owner response- since your staff has been unable to be helpful. You should give me a call yourself before it has to get legal
