I came to Mr Randy's shop from a friend's suggestion and it was one of the best experience I had at a auto detailing shop. Mr Randy is a kind soul. Very friendly, and super knowledgeable about car detailing. We had a nice chat as him and his partner was taking care of my car. His pricing is the best in the valley that's for sure. I finally found my car detailing spot. Will see you soon Mr Randy.
I came in with an absolute disaster- the trunk of my car had been flooded while I had been out of town! Everything inside was full of mold. Not only did the steam and dry my car to perfection, Randy went above and beyond and even helped me diagnose the source of the leak after a body shop had been no help. He priced it unbelievably and really saved my life this week, now I won’t have to miss work! I am so grateful and I will always come back here!
I have had the pleasure of utilizing Elite for at least 20 years. Not only do they pamper my old BMW each time, but Randy is so knowledgeable and plugged in to the auto community such that he recommends other quality vendors (paint, upholstery, etc.). So it’s not only about auto detailing, but much more. And Randy is such a friendly, upbeat personality, it is always a joy to bring my car in to his shop. Kudos to Randy and his great crew!
