TL;DR: My tooth hurts all the time now, due to an unnecessary procedure, and Karen in the office was rude and insulting when I called to challenge the cost, since I only agreed to the procedure due to the dentist's assurance that it was covered by insurance. UPDATE 09/26/2020: My tooth still has terrible sensitivity to cold, much worse than before the procedure. I now realize that when Schuh brought me back in after my procedure, he knew that insurance was not going to cover the procedure, and he lied to me to get me back in... read more

My daughter has seen all of these doctors over the past year, had several procedures (even when she was pregnant). They are always friendly, happy, caring enough to take time to explain your benefits, what they are doing during your procedure , they care about your comfort & the comfort of your family while your there, your options, the staff also seem to be very happy ( that makes U feel good because hostile work environments I have found to reflect in pt. care). Great bedside manner from Dr. Glass & Nicole. Staff is wonderful. This is a great place to go to if you have phobias of dentist. They all treat you with respect and go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience. I would highly recommend Elite Dentistry to anyone.
