I believe this practice is a scam. I made an appointment with them for a cleaning and exam which is covered on my Kaiser Medicare Advantage through Delta Dental. When I arrived, after waiting about 3 weeks, the gal said there was a $65 copay (over half the price with no coverage). I refused to pay, left, and called Delta Dental. The Delta rep called Elite and was told the copay was for the "office visit" (how can you get a cleaning and exam without an office visit?). I had a horrible experience with front of office.Paid up front for cleaning and 4 cavity's.They kept saying I owed more money every time I came in.I walked out. I found it odd I had 4 cavity's.I never had one in 10 years from my old Dentist I had insurance plan,which my prior Dentist didn't carry.Any way I went back to my prior Dentist, cancelled my insurance, he took more xray's and I had no cavity's, go figure,don't trust these people,get a second opinion!!!!!!!
Everyone is very kind and professional.
Friendly staff and clean office. Only real challenge was not enough waiting area and seating when everyone be shows up at same time. AC was a problem day I was there. But everything else was fine.
The staff do a good job. My experience with Elite dental was fantastic. Keep it up staff!!!
