Just sent an email to Ralph at Elite Copier Systems and got a very rude reply. If he is that way to a total stranger, I wonder how he grows his business...............or maybe he doesn't. There's lots of copier repair places in the Metro Milwaukee Area that you don't need to tolerate that attitude.
