Jose, our technician was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the fan in the heat pump to restore our AC. I would highly recommend "Elite Comfort Services" for servicing your home's heating and cooling auxiliary.
Jose was very knowledgeable about our AC unit. He gave great advice and recommendations on how to decrease the unit’s workload. Our thermostat temperature was climbing and we weren’t sure if we had an issue with Freon, etc. Jose checked out the hoses, unit, etc. Communication was great as he called and texted to let us know about arrival times. Jose has come out a couple times now to work on our HVAC units. Always does a great job, explains what he’s doing and offers advice on maitaining the system. Would give six stars if I could!
I don’t normally leave reviews, but Elite Comfort Services definitely earned one. From the very first visit, they were honest, patient, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or pressured.
