Jose called me and notified of his expected arrival and arrived on time. He was very courteous and respectful as well as very knowledgeable about my broken AC issue. Jose found the issue quickly and explained thoroughly the cause of it. I agreed to get it fixed and he did an excellent job getting my AC back to work immediately. Completely satisfied customer. I will now be using Elite Comfort Services for their AC maintenance service to make sure my system is good year round.
