My car was broken into failed attempted theft. They damaged a lot of the interior of the car, as well as smashed the window and messed with the ignition. Elite specialist repaired it in a very reasonable timeframe. The communication was really good, and the staff was always professional, informative, and friendly when I spoke to them.
They did an amazing job. My car was rear ended pretty bad and they fixed in 15 days. it’s looks like new again. This one is not my first experience with them and both were great!!! I recommend this place 💯! Everything was done thru GEICO insurance which is also very good and has a fast solution for any situation!!!
I took my car to this repair shop based on a Geico recommendation. Unfortunately, their communication was poor. They only called and texted once on April 30th to say the car was ready, which I missed. They didn't try to contact me again until May 6th. When I finally spoke with a woman from the office named Anita, she was very rude, stating the car had been ready since the 30th and that I would have to pay for an extra week of my rental car. They didn’t realize the possible problem of an issue I told them about immediately happening after I picked up my car from them, and they didn’t bother to call in or notify me that they could call a professional to check what the issue was. Basic job with no elite quality of performance as proclaimed in the name.
