Did two jobs for me. Charged the insurance for a total paint job and only did a patch. Then lost my trim on a classic car paint job. Zero business ethics
Had my car repaired at Elite Collision Center and I must say that I had an exceptional experience got my car back looking like new and there staff was very courteous.
I took my 2013 hyundai sonata limited to have body hood repaired eliite did a great job.My car looked like or better than factory show room.I WAS TREATED VERY WELL THE MANAGER RICH WAS VERY PROFETIONAL.I would highly recomend this shop to anyone.ALSO this shops employees were very professonal.Thanks Elite From RICK G.
I'm a local insurance professional with a major insurance company. I deal with body shop throughout the state everyday. I would not recommend this shop. My experience has been unprofessional service, major delays and an attempt to cut corners, unresponsivness in mgt and not very customer friendly. Never would I refer another client to this business and I'd encourge you to look long and hard before using them. Their "warranty" is not worth the paper it's written on.
I just finished posting on my Facebook account that this is the best shop in Kern County. Its very rare for me to recommend a business but this one is exceptional. I just got my 2008 Acura MDX back from them and it is repaired so well I can't see where the dent ever was. The work is not only great they are great friendly people. I cant say enough good stuff about them. J Ramsey

I own a 2010 Corvette, It was damaged pretty bad in a highway accident. I always used a well known shop in Bakersfield. This time I took a friends advise that had his Cadillac Escalade repaired at Elite and it looked awesome when it was done. I,ll tell you this shop is by far the best I've seen for quality and service, The owner, Joe and his staff are great, my vett looks like when I pulled it from the dealers lot. I recommend everyone to Elite Collision now. Thanks Elite for everything.
