I booked this company for move out cleaning services. First they were an hour late for the scheduled meet time. I would think if they were running that far behind they would call and let me know but I had to call the company twice to find where they were. They said it was due to traffic but I looked at traffic patterns and no route signified that much of a delay. There is no way they left in enough time to get to my house by the scheduled time.
