Wow, the most rude interaction I've had with a business. I call to ask about my water damaged carpet, the person on the phone says we don't do that and hangs up. It's even one of the listed services on their website

I had an appointment between 2-4pm and received a call at 4pm saying the weather was too cold to clean our carpet since the solution was freezing in the hoses. I understand things happen, but getting a call at the end of the window instead of earlier in the day is not very professional. They wanted to try again tomorrow, but it is supposed to be just as cold tomorrow. They even told me most carpet cleaners close this time of year and don’t open again until spring.
Carpet looks fresh and brand new, everything smells great. Amazing service very nice and respectful also nice technician
