An A/C unit stopped producing cool air in my home; therefore, I contacted Elite Clean & Restoration and requested service; subsequently, my family and I experienced discouraging customer service, overwhelming A/C unit replacement part stipulations, hurtful rhetoric, and confusion. There is a reason this company is not BBB accredited. They sold me a product and claimed it did something it was not capable of doing. When I completed some research and contacted the manufacturer they confirmed it was not designed or capable of doing what I was told by the Sales Representative. Tony then tried to sell me a more expensive product to do what the first product was supposed to do. Their rep failed to show up twice on their scheduled date. Be warned these guys are running a scam company. They are using scare tactics to up sell services and products that are not required. They are also very rude and unprofessional to deal with. Do not use this company for any service, even cleaning ducts (your ceiling will need a clean from hand marks after they are finished). Stay away from these guys.
