I worked with Dr. Roylance and he was beyond amazing he listened to my needs, eased my fears and I got rid of an almost 3 day migraine which is veyond amazing to me. Dr. Cox is amazing! My lower back hasn’t felt this great in years. And Angela is a fantastic, kind, and empathetic massage therapist. I highly recommend this power team!
I’ve been seeing both chiropractors since about Mid February and they have both really helped my back! Dr. Cox has a more “aggressive” touch, but Dr. Roylance has a more “gentle” touch so it really equals out depending on what you need at the time and both listen to your problem(s) and work with you to help get your back, back to being healthy.
These guys are great to work with they really take care of you.

I started going to doctor Cox when I was pregnant with my last child. I wanted a chiropractor that had experience adjusting babies. He’s been great with my son, from his first adjustment at around 3 weeks old to now at 3 months old. He’s gentle and thorough. As for myself, my back is in a much better place these days. Scheduling is always easy, the staff is always friendly, over all it’s been a great experience. Our family will continue to go to Dr Cox’s office for as long as we live in ML.
I have had the worst headaches went in there on my last hope and so glad I did no more neck pain!
Absolutely recommend Elite Chiropractic! Staff is really nice and welcoming. I’m on my 3rd visit with Dr. Cox, I already feel change with my lower back Sciatica pain. Today I mention some shoulder discomfort and the adjustment took the discomfort away. Truly happy I was recommended.
