I don't ever write a review but I want to share my experience this time. I just had my Mother's roof replaced at her town house by Elite Certified Contractors. Tim was the contact person and also a project manager. He was very knowledgeable, professional and get the job well done. He got on the roof, took about 24 pictures and shared them to me. Tim Thompson was punctual, polite, professional, and dealt with the insurance co. from start to finish. He was always eager to answer any questions, and wanted me to be happy with the work that was done. I had my roof replaced due to hail damage, they replaced sheets of plywood that were rotted, they installed vinyl siding on the back of my house that was dented from the hail(the previous siding was aluminum). With ratings as good as Tim’s from Elite Certified Contractors are, I guess it would have been easy to have too high expectations, and be at least a little disappointed. Not even close. While the price estimate was the best of all the firms contacted, the crew from Elite was extremely professional, highly skilled, and fast. (Even properly realigned satellite dish) Work finished a few days ago; now doing a neighbor’s house, and possibly a third on same block to come. From the moment I met Tim to the end when he finished replacing the roof, he kept his words, he was always available to answer any question or concerns, he was on time through out the whole process. the team that installed the roof were professional and experienced, excellent workmanship.
