This was a wonderful and very helpful experience. Within an hour of my initial call Gavin met me at the property and helped me get on to a successful ending. Customer service by all employees I had interaction with was impeccable. Thank you Gavin and fellow employees.
I was given the price I asked for on the home. I felt it was reasonable for the condition and market considering the repairs needed. The team offered to list it, to see if we could get a better offer with more money; but was willing to honor our original agreement if we did not. In the end, I didn’t want to wait more than a couple of weeks for a new offer, and choose to go with the original cash offer. Closing lasted 10 minutes and a check was in hand. Overall very pleased with the experience.
Gavin was very helpful with all my questions. I had a very odd situation going on with the piece of property and he helped me greatly since I’m out of state. In this day and age as busy as we are we really need a person that is helpful.
They pretend to buy your property only, that is it. and then just mess around with you. They called me to arrange appointments twice to inspect my property. and then they cancelled it at the last minutes twice . Can you believe that? so do not be fooled by them, avoid dealing with these people if you do not want headaches down the track.
