Used this service for a pickup from LAX and they were exceptional! George kept us informed every step of the way and gave great directions on where to meet him since I had never been to LAX before. They were on-time and professional. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.
After missing my original flight I had to fly into LAX instead of SNA. It was difficult finding transportation on such short notice but Elite came through on short notice and was super helpful with making arrangements on short notice. My driver Lamont was wonderful and put Chill music on as he drove me to my destination at 3 in the morning. Thank you for providing some stability in a challenging night of travel.
