Five stars for sure!!! Elite goes beyond being a professional and caring home healthcare company. The nursing care is amazing and so personalized and would call or text to check in between visits. Everyone has such a positive outlook and gives such encouragement to those they care for. The physical therapist was amazing and encouraging and definitely helped to build back endurance.
RecommendedElite Care Management does not seem to be in this profession for income only. All of the CNAs, LPNs, and upper management that i have had an opportunity to work for/with have always exhibited a FAMILY atmosphere, for both its employees and clients. And Elite Care Management's Model is echoled throughout the office everday..."our clients' Safety and High Quality Care is our Major Concern.
My husband needed Elite to help him rehab from an Aortic Dissection. The team was very professional and thorough. Nancy, the nurse was so compassionate and patient. The pt and ot got him up moving, honestly I did not think it was even possible with all he went through. Thank you to Sarah and Laura for sending us the perfect team.
I love the compassion and care from the staff when needed with my grandfather. Sarah is incredibly passionate with what she does and knowledgeable and overall wonderful to work with!
Great company. Would highly recommend them. My mother used them after her hospital stay. Sarah makes sure everyone is happy and the rest of the office staff gets stuff done with the insurance. The nurses, therapists, and all the other outside staff that takes care of the patient makes them feel like a family.
Wonderful company. My mother used them for all her needs. The office staff did a great job with my dad on the insurance end, and the staff that took care of my mom made her feel like they were part of her family. If you ever need at home care, this is the company I would use.
