I had the up-a-cup procedure done June 2025. When the results were not what I promised, I tried to reach them to discuss options, but no one would answer my calls for months. Highly recommend AirSculpt and Dr. Fenton. I had a family member undergo a procedure, and the entire experience was exceptional. The staff and nurses made sure we were fully informed and prepared every step of the way, which gave us so much confidence going into it. The level of care and service was truly remarkable. Severe Infection and Scarring with Poor Follow-Up. I DO NOT recommend this clinic. I had an "up a cup" at AirSculpt SLC. Post-op, I developed a clear infection within 3 days of the procedure, with redness, swelling, and severe pain. The doctor was amazing and responsive, but the administrative staff has been dismissive and nonresponsive. Best experience of my life. Dr. Fenton is the most amazing doctor. He was awesome before, during, and after my procedure. Just an absolute amazing guy. Gwen and Jan were also spectacular.
