Buying a car means choosing a company that will stand behind their purchase with great service. If I was Mercedes I would be embarrassed by the service after the car is purchased in Springfield Missouri. I will start by saying my car has beenin their shop for 2 months. I brought my car into the shop because the convertible hard top was not working. I had to constantly call to get updates on my vehicle. I would not hear anything from them for over a week on the status of my car. During the repair the mechanic broke two of the major parts that he just installed causing longer delays in the repairs. At no point during all of this was I offered a loaner car or even an apology. I recently purchased a vehicle from Elite Mercedes, and Brad was my salesman. Out of five dealerships I reached out to, he was the only one who actually responded to my email. I work in a job that doesn’t allow much free time during the day, and my hours vary, so email and text are the only ways I can communicate easily. Highly recommend. After purchasing a used vehicle, we had positive and prompt communication and excellent service relating to concerns. Service department was great as well.
Sold us a used vehicle and a week later the check engine light came on and we’re coming out of pocket for that because the $2300 warranty sold to us doesn’t cover it. Definitely don’t trust this place and do not recommend for purchasing used vehicles. Reliable Chevrolet next door is just as bad.
