Easy car buying experience! I inquired through CarGurus and had quick response. No pressure and Steve and Dean are very nice people. I bought a 2016 Lincoln MKZ with all the options on it. They took the time to show me how everything works on my new car before I left the lot, even though I got there to take delivery right before closing time. I would definitely recommend checking their lot before going to a big dealership!
i called for info about the car the 1st salesman said he couldnt sell it right away because car had issues needed a steering rack would cost around 450.said he would fix it before he sold it. i called back several days later got a different salesman i asked if it was repaired i was told they dont repair anything they sell cars as is an entirely different story from the 1st salesman i tried to get the 1st sales man to call me back on this i never got a response so i did not buy this car

We purchased this 2013 Murano from Steve James at Elite Auto in Herrin. This was our second purchase from Steve. Both buying experiences were great. We came in to look at the exact vehicle. They let us drive it and take it to Gator Auto for a through inspection. Total easy-going process. He came down on the price when the mechanic pointed out a couple things. Great Seller!

he sold the car the day before. The owner reply back to me with in a half hour after i e-mail cargurus. he very prompt. i will return to him if he has what i am looking for the next time i need an automobile. thanks rich
