I did not have a good experience with this place. I bought a Groupon for rear brakes. They wouldn't install brake pads unless I bought 2 new rotors as well. They said I needed front brakes as well as new rotors, new battery, & new a/c filter. He (Nick) said he would send me an email along with pics of the needed repairs. I never got an email. Review for Auto Elite Car Repair Stay away from this place! They are complete frauds. When I agreed to have work done, they never once mentioned there would be a diagnosis fee. Any legitimate and professional repair shop tells customers about fees up front—that’s basic best practice in the auto industry. Instead, Auto Elite tried to sneak it in after the fact, which is dishonest and a shady way of doing business.
