Currently have a vehicle through them and the car is trash. I told them I wanted a safe very reliable vehicle since I have two kids and they gave me the complete opposite. I’m making payments on a car I don’t even drive.
the salesperson at the location in Springfield seems very shady. we asked what car I would like to check out and I told him a Chevy traverse at 19000. he talked me into and infinity after also looking at a BMW. The infinity was also for 19000. he sold me the infinity without much effort towards getting me the car I originally wanted. he uses lines like " let me pick your brain "to get you off of the vehicle you were originally wanting to buy. Crooks scammed my niece 🤦🏽♂️
They are crooks they do the old bate and hook sold my daughter a truck and put the serial number for another truck they had in dayton and after she brought the truck back to have them look at some problems the called the police and said she was trust passing.and said that the truck wasn't hers hers was in Huberhights. Same color truck but was a piece of junk.And put a claim in on her extended warranty to have the truck that wasn't her to be fixed.
