Where do I begin. This year has been a complete nightmare. The apartments look NOTHING like the model. I needed something quick so I didn’t complain. There is an infestation of roaches that they never spray for. Management seems to barely want to work. They lost a money order and I was required to double pay. My air is out and has been for almost two weeks and they’re dragging their feet to fix it. I have two months left and I can’t wait to get out of here. PICTURES ATTACHED: RENTERS BEWARE!!! They’re painting over mold and renting the apartments out to residents.. I have never been treated this way by any Property Manager. They was so pleasant and welcoming when I was applying or the apartments that I decided to live they’re because of it. I saw the improvements and was impressed by the way they were shaking things up and “RENOVATING” the property. OH BUT I WAS WRONG.. Sunny at Cascade Apartments are not a place anyone would like to stay. Houses are broken into daily and also cars are contently being stolen. Also for some odd reason the rent office will make up stories to mess up your rental history. You don't have to believe me but ask anyone that stays there and they will tell you the same.
