Derrick was quick with getting our appraisal completed and fixed a small issue in a timely manner. He also took time to explain some of the questions I had about the process.
The bank ordered an appraisal for a HELOC, and Charles Hamilton was the appraiser who completed it. The good news, it was scheduled within a couple days of the order, and completed and returned to bank and me within a week. Mr. Hamilton measured the Exterior of the house, but failed to translate that correctly on his layout and therefore, shorted us about 300sf, and tens of thousands of dollars of value. I saw the bad reviews and was worried when my mortgage company selected this appraisal company. That being said the appraiser was prompt, professional, and very thorough. The finance company had the report within a few days of the actual appraisal being done. The appraiser was very respectful of my property. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend this company to a friend. This is about 10 months late, but I was just talking about my experience and had to leave a review.
