I called Elite for an estate appraisal after my mother passed. The gentleman who came out was thorough, sensitive, and accommodating to my schedule. He turned the report around quickly and all my interactions w him were professional. I highly recommend their services.
1) Too expensive, I had the same results done for 1/2 the price 2) I found incorrect information listed 3) They used the “asking price” of a home as a comp, and included when averaging 4) I repeatedly called the office manager, John, for explanations, he never called back. Unfortunately, you have to pay for appraisal in advance, one can only look at personal experiences as a referral, and the results of the appraisal can effect the dollar amount you have to pay for a home…life changing in some circumstances.
