Ordered a 42 inch refrigerator on 9/28/18. I was told it would be shipped right away to our home in Nevada that is being remodeled. Called and talked to the shipping department three times and there was always a reason why it was delayed. It finally shipped 10/8/18. Delivery dates changed 4 different times. I had verbal statements and tracking numbers starting it would arrive on 10/12, 10/15, then 10/17, then today 10/18 and then received a call today and was told it would arrive on Saturday or no later than Monday.
