Dr Mark was simply the best. Extremely great bedside manner - starting with a pre op call and he answered all my questions patiently. The day of, he was again extremely patient and nice and made the whole procedure that much easier.
What a great experience with Jake and Dane from Elite Anesthesia Associates. It's not fun having major dental surgery. Lots of anxiety. Jake and Dane both made me feel comfortable from the moment I met them. They're both personable and professional which is an awesome combination. They are very thorough in explaining what they were doing and answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend Elite and see if you can work it out with Jake or Dane to come. I was so please when Dane walked in the door bringing his Mary Poppins cases of wonder. He started pulling out one thing after another wasting no time at brining ease and relaxation to my over stimulated son. He came with a smile, was friendly, reassuring, and saw us through to the very end. He followed up later to make sure my son was doing well and to see if we needed anything. His level of confidence, professionalism, and ease was highly needed and he provided.
