So this lady paid over 6k for this kind of work. Can't get them to come fix it not that it even looks as if they know what they are doing in the first place . Puts in a 14 year old unit that is not installed correctly.This is so sad that someone that runs a business will take advantage of an elderly lady.

I am extremely satisfied with the professional service I received. Matthew risner was very compassionate and had a solution for any one of my concerns. The HVAC system went out and Elite HVAC wasn’t scheduled to fix it until tomorrow according to Choice Home Warranty. They were able to come a day early, made the repair, and are awesome. Choice and Elite HVAC has been great with the needed repair. We will definitely use them again.

I received excellent customer service from Matthew. He gave me accurate information and quote regarding cost of labor and parts for HVAC service. I liked that he seemed to really care about my issues and worked to resolve it at a reasonable price.

Matthew Reisner came out give me a quote walked me through every step of what they were going to do. And I was satisfied. Two days later they came out and completely exchanged our heating and air system with a new air-conditioning unit and they did such a great job and were very thorough and kind. I gave them five stars for their work. I would higher them again.
