RUN from this company as quickly as possible, if negative star ratings were possible, I would give them. I looked online at past google reviews before hiring Doug to put an entire HVAC system in my house, and felt confident in my decision to choose him. IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. Overall, Doug is a very friendly person, but I wouldn't trust him to ever work in my home again. Doug came to our house over the weekend when no one else would. He ended up driving all the way down to Payson to get a part for our system that same day so we wouldn't have to be without AC until the other place opened the following week. He knows exactly what he's talking about and went above and beyond for us. Thanks guys!

Wonderful service! Our furnace was out in 0 degree weather. They fit us in, even though it made for a very late work day, and fixed our problem efficiently! Terrific to work with and very nice as well. I highly recommend Elite Air & Heating!!
