This company is SCAM; do not order them unless you want to over pay. We order the simple service on the intercom and they charge as almost $300 for the part, which can easily be purchase for $100 anywhere. Then they have these high rates for travel and for every 30 min. And the technician was very rude and not easy to talk too. Very disappointed.
Elite Access is awesome. The staff is cool. I know nothing about garage doors they informed me and also gave me a great price on a new garage door. Would use them again.
