Honestly ever since we walked into the store, one of the clerks (Linda) was tending to another customers orders, and rightfully so since they were there first. When she was done she instantly came over and began to help us out, not only was she welcoming, she was so kind and nice. She got me into this beautiful emerald dress that I wanted for my formal. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Price is within the average. We got a bargain from the sale wrack . Very happy that we visited even appointment recommend but the accept us as walk in. Recommend to visit if you shop for a dress.
The experience in store was great and had a good selection of dresses. Once we put in our order for the bridesmaid dresses, the communication/service went down hill and it was very hard to get in contact with staff for updates either by phone or email. The dresses came in 2 weeks before the wedding which was cutting it fine with alterations. Overall, the dresses are beautiful but wish the communication was better and kept customers in the loop if there is delays with your order
My mother, sister, and I visited this boutique to find a dress for a wedding, and we were so impressed with the experience. The staff were incredibly supportive, attentive to our needs, and very patient with both me and my sister. The boutique itself was spotless, and the dresses were absolutely stunning in both quality and variety. A special thank you to Linda, who was so kind and thoughtful in suggesting dresses that matched exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!
