We just left the shop. The service was terrible, and Linda was unhelpful and rude.
I cannot recommend Elissa Jay any higher. The customer service was outstanding and second to none. My daughter was nervous and the beautiful ladies went above and beyond to make this a most wonderful and positive experience. There are plenty of designs to try on for all shapes and sizes and I can’t imagine that anyone would leave not feeling beautiful. Thank you ladies for making my girl feel like a princess. I’ll be recommending you to EVERYONE!

We had a fantastic experience at ElissaJay with my daughter for her Year 12 formal. Fabulous staff helped us choose an exquisite and well priced gown - we are delighted!
I honestly don't think ordering from Elissa Jay is worth it. Their communication is seriously so bad. they keep saying they will call me and get me my dress, it is now 2 months since the original delivery date i was told when i ordered the dress. They do not update me on the arrival of the dress but instead say it will be here next week and that they will call me but they never do, I keep having to call them and they are very bad at answering the phone. Its not worth it
