Very condescending. When parent asked for an explanation of lab result, she told parent to buy pediatric text book to learn it. So unprofessional and lack of empathy!
So disappointed in this doctor and the office. Don’t understand why anyone recommended her to me.
Dr. Rubin and her staff are absolutely amazing. Not only are they super prompt with appointments, if you have any concerns they call you back within 20 minutes. I was worried about breastfeeding while I was sick and taking antibiotics and she was able to let me know which she could recommend for my doctor to prescribe that were best for this situation. She has always made me feel very comfortable at the appointments and never mom-shames. She has kids of her own and relates exactly what she has done in the past that has worke... read more
Dr. Rubin is wonderful! She is very kind, thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. She really cares about her patients and has been treating my twins since they were born. She even came every day to see them when they were in the NICU. We love Dr. Rubin and could not have asked for better health care!
I love Dr. Rubin..... But my son always gets sick when we take him for a well check up and we have to take him back within 2 days of the well checkup because he caught a virus or a cold. It's very frustrating.
