I was not able to schedule a specialist appointment since no specialist information was provided in the referral authorization letter. It took me a whole day to make several phone calls and finally got in touch with the right person.
A great doctor! I specially appreciate his ability to listen, understand and provide what you need. I reccomend Dr. Roquiz for the whole family. I just wish we did not have to deal with Duly business model.
I hesitate to even write this review because I feel like Dr. Roquiz is one of the best kept secrets in the area. However, l feel it would be selfish of me not to let others know. After being with a truly horrible GP in Bolingbrook, by luck I found Dr. Roquiz. He and his staff are incredible!! Dr. Roquiz cares about his patients, he’s empathetic, he listens, he’s incredibly competent and he does want is in the patients best interest with regards to their health. He was a fine doctor when I saw him but my appointment required him to follow up with my test results. I have reached out 8 separate times now via email and phone call and NOTHING for the last 6 weeks. Would NOT recommend.
He is very friendly, explains everything as per your symptoms. And prescribed meds if needed as well - Someone you should definitely see for your health issues.
Dr. Roquiz is a kind, caring, patient and excellent doctor. He did not rest until he found the answer to my excruciating pain in groin and hip. Dr. Roquiz, at my request, took over my medication maintenance for Clinical Depression so I could relieve the stress of going to another clinic further away from my home.
