Dr. Jan Fu is a very warm caring doctor and highly knowledgable . This is also reflected in her staff who are always very friendly and helpful. My husband and I have full confidence in her and highly recommend her.

I can't believe the terrific reviews I am reading. This Dr. took a cyst from my neck, and after asking if I felt anything, dived into a long and involved conversation with her assistant while doing what she does to my neck. When finished she left the room, not a word to me. Came in to have my stitches out and she told me I had a skin condition, did I want someone to come in and talk about it. I said sure. She charged me for an office visit. Less than 5 min. and I was already in there for the stitches thing. No thank you.
Dr.Fu has been my doctor for 15 years. My mother had skin cancer and I have had many spots taken off . I only trust Dr. Sue and know that she will always do what's best for me. She always makes me feel like I am her only patient her only concern. If there is a little weight she is always very apologetic . It is a busy practice and the staff are always very thorough and helpful and polite.
Dr. Fu has been our dermatologist for more than 5 years. She and her staff are always very thorough and attentive, always taking the time to explain what she sees and whether or not the issue needs attention. Dr. Fu is very straightforward and certainly one of the best in my estimation. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend her to family and friends. JGR and SHR.
Dr. James has been my dermatologist since 1998. I have recommended several friends and family to her and they all say that she is the best. I have no complaints what so ever. I will continue to allow her to treat me for my skin care needs.
I have been seeing Dr. Fu for approximately 12 years. Dr. Fu is an outstanding, professional, caring, thorough, and attentive physician. Her examinations are thorough and she carefully explains what she is concerned about or looking for. She takes time with each patient to make sure they understand what is going on. I have found the nurses and balance of the office staff to be helpful, courteous, and efficient. I have recommended Dr. Fu on several occasions. DAC
I had an emergency on a Sunday. I was able to reach Dr. Fu as she called me back in two minutes. She diagnosed my symptoms and called in prescriptions to Kroger pharmacy. She asked that I come to her office the next day before office hours to examine my situation. How many other doctors can you reach on a weekend? Such great customer service! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Fu. JLC
