Elise is conscientious, caring and is in best interest of client. This is the second time we have listed with Elise Fay. We also purchased a home with her five years ago. Elise is a great communicator! We worked with Elise for both the purchase and subsequent sale of our Peoria home. She is highly effective at meeting deadlines and successfully navigated a very difficult, slow market to get our property closed on our required timeline. In addition, we found Elise's recommendations for professional services such as painting, plumbing and handy work top tier. We're no fans of the buying or selling process which had several plot twists, but glad we had Elise to help us navigate.
