I stayed with her in counseling for about 8 years. She is the only person that was ever able to help me. I've been out of counseling for years now as well, but the practices she taught me will last a lifetime. I now have the ability to help myself through my PTSD episodes and I have the power to live in greater peace. There are no easy answers, but I know she can help others in a profound way. I could not recommend her enough.
