I was supposed to be a "new" patient today. Very disturbed with the situation when I arrived. First off, in order for me to have an appointment, I had to request time off. I also had to get coverage for my time off and use two hours of PTO. At time of scheduling, I accepted the 9am slot and was told by the representative that I would be out of there quickly in order to make it to work by 10 (office 5 mins away).
