Every single visit with Dr. Thompson has always been pleasant. From day one, I've had a list of things I wanted to discuss about my health. Never once has Dr. Thompson ever rushed me or not paid attention to what I was saying. She is extremely thorough and so very kind. I am extremely happy having her as my PCP. I've wrote messages thru the portal and have always had a response from the doctor or staff within 24 hrs of writing it. This doctor is very appreciated being who she is and caring about her patients!! Thank you ??

Unfortunately I was not even able to be seen by Dr. Thompson. Her scheduling department is horrible and could not even get me in for an appointment until April, even when I told them that I was experiencing a severe pain in my lower back, their response is go to the ER, which I already did. Terrible way to treat a potential new patient. I would not recommend her practice.
Dr. Thompson is one of the most caring and down to earth doctors I've ever been to. She truly cares about her patients and takes time to address every concern.

Last appt. of the day, was 19min late due to an accident. Doctor refused to see me, said to go to the ER instead. Finally agreed to see me, yelled at me in front of her entire office. They all then took turns making comments to me for the rest of my visit to make me uncomfortable. Sent me for an ultrasound, and then called with results, gave me a concerning diagnosis, said I need to see a specialist. I then reviewed my report, it said “normal...no worrisome areas...no follow up necessary”.
Hello Everyone, I recent times I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Elisa Thompson as I needed a new MD. I just moved to this area about three months ago and as you know starting fresh is not easy however finding a great MD can be very difficult. I am here to tell you that she a phenomenal MD and is extremely knowledgeable but more importantly very thorough. Also her staff are very engaging and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Elisa Thompson if you are looking a great MD. Thank you. Lars Rascovich
Absolutley Amazing
I changed my PCP because my old PCP was far away. I went to see Dr. Thompson with no review or recommendation. I could not be happier. She was so thorough. She asked a question, made eye contact and listened. I have worked with doctors and seen just a few. I have never been to a doctor who truly seemed to care about me so much. Furthermore, her staff was amazing as well. Kind and considerate. Friendly and professional. All that you could ask for and more. Job well done Doctor.
She is expert in communicTing health issues and concerns and a plan of action. She is collaborative in her approach to care planning
