Dr. Thompson is well informed and very thorough. She explains everything well and does not rush. She makes herself available without waiting long periods of time for an appointment and is very responsive. I love that she has an online portal to electronically manage patient concerns and paperwork and I have always appreciated her choices in nursing staff. Dr. Thompson has been an excellent choice for me. A down to earth Dr. that you can explain things to and she understands. Her staff is excellent too. I had my husband switch to her office as well. When I have needed to come in for sick calls they have been able to see me if not that day the next day.
Dr. Thompson is truly what a PCP should be. She has managed my conditions with compassion. She is open, honest, caring and takes the time to truly listen.
I went in for a follow-up on some blood work. I had a bad cut from a home project accident. She gave me a tetanus shot and prescribed an antibiotic cream. My cut is healing just fine.
I have been her patient for years. She treats me as a person, not just a number. She listens well and shares good advice. She recently changed locations and I decided to travel 45 minutes to continue using her as my pcp. She is the best! With her guidance and support, I finally decided to begin cholesterol meds. You won't be disappointed..
I have seen Dr. Thompson twice so far and love her. She is very caring and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer my questions and explain test results to me. She makes you feel very comfortable. I have referred friends and family.
Dr. Thompson from day one has always listened to everything I've ever said to her. She didn't rush me out of the office and is always punctual with visits. The last visit and to my surprise, she behaved like an angry hippo, unprovoked, and unnecessary.
