Before heading back to NY. I Had the Shrimp & Grits, it was really good. Lots of flavor. My wife and cousin had the wild mushroom omelette with grits and everything was good, fresh, nice portions a reasonably priced. The beignets were a little disappointing. A little dense. But would recommend it and go again. 👍
We were in town for my sister bachelor get party and a local friend took us to Elis. Not only was the food and service superb but the Matre'd Raymond is quite a lady charmer and went above ande beyond brining us all roses and special dish for my sister as she is a foodie. Our server Tony was also wonderful and very patient with a Group of rowdy bachelorettes!! I would highly recommend the escargot appetizer.

I came here to Eli's Table for dinner for my bachelorette weekend. They had no idea it was my bachelorette weekend until we arrived. My girlfriends and I had the most AMAZING service and were treated with such gratitude. The food was DELICIOUS. Eli's Table is my favorite place to have dinner! From the precious hostess, Destiny, the maitre d, Raymond and the entire waitstaff, every time I go, the experience reminds me how much I love it. The chef is truly talented and prepares amazing food!
We went on New Years Day which could have been a mistake at many restaurants but not here. Everyone was on their game. The wait staff and the kitchen - a well trained staff for sure! Food was great; loved my wild mushroom omelette and their grilled cheese sandwich with a cup of lobster bisque thrilled my mother!
Tony our waiter was excellent. Very efficient and patient Bless him for putting up with our family table of 7 from Toronto Ontario on Dec 30th. 16. ...all talking at the same time and laughing at the same time!!! My duck and waffles was delicious as were the yummy fried green tomatoes and shrimp and grits. However the asparagus was big and very tough and the whisky sauce on the steak although tasty was cold. Phenomenal dinner. The menu choices are excellent. The local residents and tourists love this spot. The attentive server described the items and specials quickly and the award winning fig appetizer was DDDDelicious :-). Great food and service.
