I get my car serviced here exclusively, because their prices are very competitive. Randy always keeps his promises. Ben really knows his stuff. Everyone at Eli's is very honest.
Surprise. New owner. Pleasantly refunded me for the cost of the defective parts I had to replace elsewhere. Will definitely give the new owner another chance.
I previously had a good experience and decided to go back to Eli. Unfortunately, on my second visit I was not happy. I had called ahead to book for an oil change and ask the cost. I told them on the phone I did not need other services. In person I also said I just needed my oil changed an no additional services. When presented with the bill there was an additional $10 because they topped up my coolent. Have been going to Eli for last 7 years. Always provides professional service,reasonable prices. Oil changed,muffler fixed. Few other issues fixed. My car running like new .
