The staff are quite nice and genuinely care about their residents. She had a lot of issues before coming here but within three months, she acclimated quite nice and her health has improved drastically! The Korean food is quite good and served daily. The memory care that she needed is quite above adequate and she seems much happier here now. It hasn't been quite a year yet but I feel she has adjusted nicely and they call me whenever something happens like a fall. I genuinely feel like my mother is in good hands. I made an appointment to tour the facility with my mother, who is over 90 years old. She is still capable of taking care of herself, but she has a hard time walking, even with a walker. The staff greeted us warmly and patiently held the door open for my mother. The overall process was smooth, and we felt welcomed. By the way, this facility is specifically for elderly individuals born in Korea. If you were not born in Korea, this place may not be suitable for you.
