My Review One of the many things I love about Elika RealEstate is with most realestate places they just point you in a direction and then you are left on your own. Elika really shows you step by step the whole process of finding realestate and helping in every aspect of the process, they even have an 8 Ste Guide called -8 Steps to Buying New York City Apartments. It is really helpful. I really appreciate all the work they do and everything they did to help me. It can be a stressful process.
4 star service I would have given this business 5 stars however I was not impressed with the "Neighborhood Guides" Although they were interactive, the resulting pages that correspond to each burrough or section were very drab and uninteresting. They did not capture my attention. The pages needs to be more colorful
Great service for fisrt time buyers! Buying some real estate in a crowded area like NYC is a tough challenge. You can do it yourself but I truly believe you should hire a specialist whenever you can because you avoid making bad deals and ending up crying like Iâve seen so many people do.
