Elijah visited my home 2 times before tree removal was scheduled. He had 2 opportunities to see the location, the tree and surrounding property. He gave me a written estimate and scheduled power line take down for the agreed upon date for removal. I attempted to contact him twice a few days before removal date to verify things. He did not return my call or text.
