I was sent to Urgent care due to a fall and injury to my shoulder. The triage nurse notified urgent care that I was coming and they were ready for me, eliminating need to wait in waiting room with other patients (they did an excellent job at keeping the number of people in the waiting room to a minimum). All of the nursing staff were pleasant and caring as well as the radiology staff. Dr Edwards was efficient and informative in my care.
