First time using their company. Great communication and professional service. On time with their appointments. Everything was cleaned when they were finished with the job. Would highly recommend.
The service was prompt and the technician was efficient and courteous. I told him "If something needs to be repaired, just go ahead and do it." He told me that he found nothing wrong and only charged me for the service call and inspection. Some companies would not be so honest. I would definitely use this company again.
Chris did a very thorough job on our air conditioner. He was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Elico.
I appreciate the time and effectiveness of this company. We were told by another company we needed a new unit but they fixes our problem after the storm. When we get a new unit we will definately use Elico! If you get a crazy quote from another company try elico for reassurance
