Had a very good experience. Our heat wouldn't go off in a three zone system, so we had to turn the furnace off. The Elico tech, James, was easily able to diagnose that one of our original thermostat in the basement zone was faulty. We ended up having the main two thermostats replaced with programmable, which will help us save on costs. Overall, it was easy, quick and quality visit. They are on time and easy to work with.
My AC line was freezing so I asked for recommendations and people said Elico. I had a man come out and had to pay $230, yes TWO HUNDRED dollars for him to tell me that absolutely nothing was wrong. Confirm price before you call. Staff is nice. Overpriced and a bit of a rip off.
