Third time my appointment got canceled at appointment day. There was no specific reason given. I think my appointment was given to someone else in interest.
I want to say thank you to satari at the front desk of the dental office. She is always very kind, respectful, and helpful. Every time I come to the office, she greets people with a smile and treats everyone with great respect. She is always ready to help if someone has questions or needs assistance. Her good attitude makes the experience much better. I truly appreciate her help and would like to give her 5 star
I have one complaint it’s been three months since my son was seen, I had a next appointment after a month of his visit. Two days before his appointment I was asked to reschedule because the doctor was on leave. Again two days before the appointment same request for reschedule. It’s been three months and today I got a call saying the doctor who we waited for three months is no longer working with the clinic. So unprofessional.
