I would like to give 5 stars because ALL DOCTORS ARE GREAT but the desk staff not so much-this review is the front desk only. They had done some incorrect coding and we ended up being billed for covered service (literally was just blood work)- I ended up appealing bc I know the blood work was required its the doctor just being a good doctor ordering it but the coding was somehow wrong and I appealed n the insurance company denies the appeal Because Doctors Office Did Not Redpond to them. Terrible service‼️I was very disappointed in the front desk. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. My primary care copay is $20 clearly mentioned on my insurance card. Dr Elias has been my PCP for a year. I’m using a new insurance with them. They saw that I have a deductible and automatically increased my primary care visit’s copay to $85. The insurance confirmed with me earlier that seeing a PCP is NOT subject to a deductible, therefore it’s still a $20 copay. They called the insurance on speaker, just fo... read more

Very very bad service. After waiting for more than an hour, I was told that Dr. Elias was not available. Other doctors were struggling for an opinion in front of me. All the equipments were old including weight machine, ECG machine was broken, blood test process was not in place. Nurse was clueless when I asked how soon can I get my blood results! I had to walk out and wasted time, energy and money! Not at all recommended for any new patients.

Dylee is amazing girl The girls are pretty nice. I’m really disappointed in the doctor. I changed a doctor that I had for 11 years for this doctor because it was close to home then all of a sudden he decided that he was not taking my insurance after only two visits with him very disappointed that now I have to search for another Doctor Who takes my insurance after. I did a whole change because he was closer to my home plus the wait time was extremely long, so maybe it was for the best
