I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this office . I received a call from the office telling me that I had an appointment and that I needed to come in. I made the effort to go to the appointment, but when I arrived, I was told that I did not actually have an appointment with the doctor. I would like to give 5 stars because ALL DOCTORS ARE GREAT but the desk staff not so much-this review is the front desk only. They had done some incorrect coding and we ended up being billed for covered service (literally was just blood work)- I ended up appealing bc I know the blood work was required its the doctor just being a good doctor ordering it but the coding was somehow wrong and I appealed n the insurance company denies the appeal Because Doctors Office Did Not Redpond to them. Terrible service‼️I was very disappointed in the front desk. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. My primary care copay is $20 clearly mentioned on my insurance card. Dr Elias has been my PCP for a year. I’m using a new insurance with them. They saw that I have a deductible and automatically increased my primary care visit’s copay to $85.
